LightYear Recruiting was born inside the modern accounting and advisory firm Berg Advisors. Founders Andrew Berg, CPA and Megan Murray collaborated on a shared mission to create a better future for accounting firms in the US and talented professionals in the Philippines.

Finding amazing talent for their CPA firm, Andrew and Megan learned to love their firm again. Sharing that feeling with other US firms while supporting amazing talent in the Philippines is at the heart of our core values.
